Your Sales Activation Partner

We turn your marketing content into sales conversations.

A two-phase engagement: build a sales activation system on Revly around a Laundris Learning Hub, then run it every month so your sales team spends its time on prospects who are already engaged.

The engagement

Build the system once. Manage it every month.

PHASE 1 · ONE-TIME$1,500 one-time

Build the system

Implementation. This is where most of the work happens.

  • Configure Revly
  • Build the Laundris Learning Hub
  • Organize existing content into learning paths
  • Establish the prospecting campaigns
  • Create the nurture automations
  • Configure engagement tracking and the sales-ready score
  • Set up the Revly → HubSpot handoff
  • Train the Laundris sales team

A one-time implementation fee equal to one month of the retainer.

PHASE 2 · MONTHLY$1,500 / month

Manage the system

Retainer. Lure operates the sales activation system month over month.

  • Fill the pipeline with new, targeted prospects
  • Run cold outreach and Warm Prospecting touchpoints
  • Keep the Learning Hub current with approved content
  • Report on engagement and sales-ready leads
  • Review performance and optimize together

Revly is included. No additional software cost to Laundris.

How it works

The sales activation ecosystem

Strategy flows down from Laundris marketing. Lure runs the system in the middle. Sales-ready prospects flow to Libby, and the ones she qualifies move into HubSpot.

From Revly to HubSpot

A one-click handoff to sales

Revly is the sales enablement engine. HubSpot stays Libby's CRM. Prospects move into HubSpot only when Libby decides they're ready for a conversation, the same way hot leads move over from Instantly today.

  1. Revly

    Scores engagement

Every Learning Hub visit, video view and email open adds to a sales-ready score defined with Lynne and Libby.

  2. Revly → Libby

    Sends Top Prospects

A morning email of the day's top prospects, plus instant alerts for high-intent activity. Each prospect shows what they viewed and when.

  3. Libby

    Makes the call

Qualified, Not Yet or Not a Fit. Libby stays in control of who reaches sales.

  4. Libby → HubSpot

    Moves them to HubSpot

Qualified prospects go into HubSpot for personal follow-up, and Revly stops its automated outreach to them.

What each decision does

Qualified

Libby adds the prospect to HubSpot and takes over the conversation. Revly removes them from automated outreach so they never get a sequence email after she reaches out.

→ HubSpot · removed from Revly outreach
Not Yet

The prospect goes back into nurture and keeps receiving Learning Hub content until their engagement picks up again.

→ Stays in Revly nurture
Not a Fit

The prospect is suppressed from future outreach so Lure's prospecting time stays focused on the ICP.

→ Suppressed in Revly
Option · Zapier

A clean one-click handoff, if Libby wants it. We launch with the manual handoff. If Libby would rather skip adding contacts herself, Lure can connect Revly to HubSpot through Zapier. Marking a prospect Qualified would then create the contact in HubSpot automatically, matched on email to avoid duplicates, assigned to her, with a follow-up task and the engagement history attached.

Libby's review routine is the same either way. We would confirm the connection with sample contacts before turning it on.

The workflow, from Libby's side

What this looks like for Libby

Lure does the prospecting, the sequencing and the tracking. Libby gets a short list of people who are already paying attention, and decides who to talk to.

Every morning

Top Prospects email

One email, no login required. It lists who engaged, what they did and their engagement score.

Any time

Hot prospect alert

When someone comes back to the Learning Hub or the Laundris site, Libby gets an instant heads-up with what they're looking at, so she can follow up while it's relevant.

Before a call

Full activity, one click away

Each contact record in Revly shows every email sent and every page visited, so Libby walks into a conversation knowing what the prospect has already read.

Her decision

Move the right people to HubSpot

She adds the prospects she's ready to work into HubSpot and runs the conversation there. Everyone else stays in nurture until they warm up.

Her own outreach

Share Learning Hub resources

Libby can link Learning Hub pages from her own HubSpot or Instantly emails. Visits are still tracked, so her outreach feeds the same engagement picture.

Once a month

30-minute review

What's engaging, who converted to conversations and what to adjust next month.

Libby doesn't have to

  • ✓Build prospect lists or write outreach sequences
  • ✓Log into another system every day
  • ✓Keep Revly and HubSpot in sync record by record

Libby stays in control of

  • ✓Who gets a personal follow-up, and when
  • ✓Every sales conversation and her HubSpot pipeline
  • ✓Messaging, which Lynne approves before anything goes out

As the sales team grows, Top Prospects alerts can go to additional reps, with prospects routed by territory or account.

One important distinction

Lure operates the Learning Hub. Laundris owns everything in it.

Laundris owns

Content, brand and customer relationships

  • Lynne decides which messages and resources are approved
  • Marketing strategy, ICP, messaging and content direction
  • The relationship with every prospect and customer
Lure owns

The operation of the sales system

  • How approved resources are organized in the hub
  • How they are activated through outreach and prospecting
  • Tracking, reporting and monthly optimization

Your data stays yours. If the partnership ends, Laundris keeps access to its content, contacts and engagement data.

Defining the scope

What “Learning Hub maintenance” means

Maintenance means organizing, updating and publishing approved resources within the existing hub structure.

Included in the retainer

  • ✓Adding newly approved resources to the right learning paths
  • ✓Updating existing resources when Laundris revises them
  • ✓Publishing and retiring content inside the current structure
  • ✓Keeping paths aligned with active outreach campaigns

Scoped as separate projects

  • —Redesigns of the Learning Hub
  • —Custom or new learning experiences
  • —New content production (video, blog, case studies)
Project work

New content, quoted per project

The retainer runs the sales system with existing, approved content. When Laundris needs something new, Lure can partner on it as a separately quoted project.

Quoted per project
  • Partner-channel content for linen providers
  • New case studies and customer stories
  • Video production
  • Thought leadership and blog content
  • Sales leave-behinds and one-pagers
  • New Learning Hub experiences
Lure Agency
